Agreement and accounts

These terms govern FreeGenVideo, operated by FreeGenVideo. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials and API keys. You must be authorized to act for any organization using your account. Tell support promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

AI features and output

Available models, credit costs and options are shown in the product. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output received by others. Review results before relying on or publishing them. We do not guarantee particular results or that every output is eligible for intellectual-property protection.

You retain existing rights in your inputs and must hold the permissions needed to submit them. Output use must comply with applicable law, third-party rights and applicable provider terms. We do not promise exclusive ownership of generated material.

Acceptable use

Do not violate law or third-party rights, generate unlawful content, distribute malware, commit fraud or harass people. Do not bypass account, quota or payment controls, expose private information or access systems without authorization.

We may limit requests, remove public content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect users or comply with law. Support can review disputed restrictions where practical and appropriate.

Prices, credits and payment

Prices, currency, credit quantities and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Credits are service usage units, not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money except where law requires. Any stated validity period applies to the relevant credit grant.

Generation costs are shown before submission. Failed or canceled tasks are handled according to the recorded task state and credit ledger. Duplicate requests do not create additional entitlements. Contact support with the task or order identifier if a charge appears incorrect.

Stripe processes payment. A return from checkout alone does not establish success: credits and access depend on payment confirmation. Taxes and final amounts, where applicable, appear at checkout.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew for the selected billing interval unless canceled. Manage cancellation on your billing page. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not automatically refund the current period. Recorded status and period dates are available in billing.

For duplicate charges, unavailable paid services or billing problems, contact support with the order details. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer rights. Nothing here excludes refund, withdrawal or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Published content

You decide whether to publish generated images. Publication authorizes the service to display the selected image, title, caption and any separately shared prompt publicly. You may withdraw it in your account, but previously downloaded copies can remain with recipients.

Do not publish material you lack permission to share. Public display does not grant others an unrestricted license. Report unlawful content or intellectual-property concerns to support with the public URL and the basis for your request.

Availability and responsibility

Availability depends on infrastructure and third-party providers. Features may change and outages can occur. Affected paid requests and billing issues are handled through account records and support.

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use, changes and contact

You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Cancel active subscriptions separately to stop future renewals. Records required for legal, payment or security purposes may be retained.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The page date identifies the version; material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply. Contact support for service, billing or legal questions.
